The main purpose of this article is to study the components of social capital in the statements of the Supreme Leader and its role in new Islamic civilization. One of the most important concerns of the Supreme Leader during the last few years is the effort to achieve a new Islamic civilization. One way to achieve this is to pay attention to the components of social capital that he has repeatedly acknowledged. Social capital is one of the keywords that has been seriously addressed in the field of science and knowledge for more than a decade, and all scientists working in this field acknowledge that one of the gaps in today's society is the lack of components of social capital that include Social trust, social solidarity, social participation, social support and social awakening. As a result of this research, it intends to explore the components of the mentioned social capital in the statements of the Supreme Leader and finally to extract a conceptual model from it and to explain its impact on the new Islamic civilization
