The Bi-quarterly New Islamic Civilization Fundamental Studies invites professors and researchers to submit their scientific research articles in the fields related to the conceptology, modern Islamic civilization nature, theoretical foundations of modern Islamic civilization, necessity and importance of the new Islamic civilization, development progress and stages of modern Islamic civilization, future research and future forecasting of modern Islamic civilization.

The priority of the journal is to publish articles with the following themes:

  • Methodology of Islamic State studies
  • The road map to achieving the Islamic state
  • The relationship between the Islamic State and the Islamic society
  • The nature of the agents of the Islamic State
  • Patterns and systems of the country's administration in the cultural, political, economic, and social dimensions of the Islamic state
  • Islamic State structures and institutions
  • Theories of the Islamic state and modern Islamic civilization.
  • According to the certificate issued by the Research Policy and Planning Office of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, The Bi-quarterly New Islamic Civilization Fundamental Studies has been ranked B, based on the regulations of scientific journals approved in the evaluation of 2019.


    In this publication, no fee is charged from the authors for reviewing and publishing the articles, and the articles are published for free.
