The current research was carried out with the aim of introducing the political capacities of the Imamate, in a descriptive-analytical method using library resources (theological-civilization) and it is important in two ways; From the verbal aspect; Expressing the field and civilizational capacity of Imami belief teachings and from the civilizational aspect; Exploring the political foundations of modern Islamic civilization and its results. The structure of the research is organized as follows: statement of Imamate affairs, political works on the subject of Imamate affairs, the process of forming and stabilizing the government, philosophy and results of provincial government. Based on research findings; A. In the political system based on the doctrine of imamate, the infallible Imam is the center of the government. 2. Human souls are trained by Imam. 3. The people trained by the imam play an essential role in the formation and continuation of the rule of law, and by being present in the social and political arenas, they are stable and dynamic in establishing justice and fairness. 4. Establishing justice and installments is one of the results of governance in the light of the doctrine of Imamate. 5.The establishment of installments and justice is the basis of collective servitude and servitude. 6. True worldly and hereafter benefits are obtained in the light of collective servitude.
