Among the most important Shia movements in Iran that stood against the Abbasid caliphate and its actions was the Alawite movement of Tabaristan, which became the first Shia government in Iran. Alevis of Tabaristan, a government with the nature of a constituent religion, a tendency towards Zaidiyyah, and the source of many developments in the form of a Shiite government, emerged. Therefore, the topic of the present research is formulated as follows: what were the Shia religious and theological grounds for the appointment of Alian Tabaristan? Presently, while benefiting from Spriggan's model in a descriptive-analytical method, it is possible to reach the conclusion that the establishment of the Alevi government in Tarstan was influenced by their religious tendencies, i.e. Shia Zaidiyyah. Apart from the geographical and political factors, it seems that the religious and theological beliefs of the advanced sects in the field of Imamate and their special interpretation of the conditions of the Imam, with regard to the operation of the dominant and dominant discourse of the Abbasid Caliphate, is the motivation for the establishment of a mobilizing ideology and relying on it. . Tabaristan's Alawites were revolutionized with the aim of confronting the tyranny of the caliphs and establishing a just system.
