Today, the arrogant powers of the world seek to portray their civilization as a desirable and superior model for the countries of the world, but the comprehensive and complete programs of the religion of Islam have led man towards a brilliant, efficient and dynamic civilization, and accordingly, at the global level, it is a great obstacle to the pervasiveness of Western secular civilization. In fact, the world of arrogance seeks to undermine Islamic teachings and destroy the unity of Muslims in many different ways.One of these measures is to obliterate or diminish the Arbaeen walking ceremony, because this ceremony has the possibility and capacity to pave the way for the realization of Islamic civilization. Ayatollah Khamenei, in numerous statements, on the one hand, emphasized the different components of the Arbaeen procession, and on the other hand, discussed the civilization-building capacity of this ceremony.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to achieve Ayatollah Khamenei's view on the role of the political components of the Arbaeen Walk in the realization of Islamic civilization.Therefore, his statements from 1981-2024 were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method and 5 categories were extracted. The findings showed that from his point of view,the political components of this ceremony are nation-building,unity-solidarity,justice-spreading, resistance-oppression, and Islamic awakening, which have accelerated the realization and promotion of Islamic civilization
