. The aim of the current research is to answer the question, what are the effective characteristics in the good reputation and positive durability of the agent among the people? The research method is based on the use of content analysis method, which in the first step, in a statistical sample of 600 academic members of universities, the research question was asked, and based on quantitative content analysis techniques, 24 characteristics that had the highest frequency, it was identified. In the second stage, by using qualitative content analysis techniques, the features discovered in different classes were labeled and defined. Research findings: The findings showed that a broker needs to have two professional and ethical points in order to be well-known. The professional score includes indicators such as; Persistence and seriousness in work, practical adherence to the law, wise decision-making and decisiveness in implementation, seeking change from the path of opinion polling and observing non-gender discrimination towards women in their participation in various affairs. Ethical score includes indicators such as; Pleasing God is treating people generously and having financial health. The results show that the broker's efforts to acquire or maintain the mentioned points and indicators provide the grounds for the broker to remain in the society as a popular service to the people.
