Abstract
Although the science of jurisprudence in the present era has been accused of not being successful in providing the systems needed by human society, the present article, by accepting the significant intellectual capacity of religious teachings, especially the dynamic jurisprudence of the Imamiyya, and emphasizing the existence of the capacity for civilization in its teachings, seeks to answer the aforementioned doubt by explaining the positions and opinions of Allama Muhammad Taqi Jafari, and by extracting examples and manifestations of civilizational jurisprudence from his works and writings as a distinguished and strategic model in this field. Therefore, in order to achieve the aforementioned mission, the present article, in a problem-oriented research and by adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, has investigated the thoughts of Allama Jafari and has identified and reviewed the manifestations of civilizational jurisprudence in five axes in his opinions: 1- Responding to emerging issues. 2- Concern for the jurisprudence of art. 3- Dealing with the jurisprudence of international relations. 4- Paying attention to women's issues. 5- New and innovative approaches in criminal jurisprudence.
