The thought of Imam Ali (as) can reveal approaches to trustworthy behavior between the people and the government. If the components of political trust are discovered and categorized in the thought of the Amir al-Mo'menin (as), it can be used in the direction of policy-making and governance in the new Islamic civilization. This article is written with the method of comparative study of Islamic political thought. The findings of the article show that the Alawi government uses four important components to gain political trust: "Compliance with the demands of the people", "Predictability of government behavior for the people" (by implementing policies such as transparency, appreciation, refraining, apologizing to the people, maintaining the government's credibility), "feedback and compensation mechanism" (with It was used to send inspectors and undercover agents, as well as to receive public complaints directly) and to "promote and strengthen trust-building norms" (norms such as fidelity, trustworthiness, gentleness and sociability, respect for the people, and honesty). The agents of the government of the Islamic Republic should also try to build trust by institutionalizing these components.<br /><strong> </strong><br />  هدف از این مقاله «الگویابی از دولت علوی برای اعتمادساز شدن ارتباط کارگزاران دولتی» است. اندیشه‌ی امام علی (علیه‌السلام) می‌تواند رهیافت‌هایی را برای رفتار اعتمادآمیز میان مردم و دولت آشکار سازد. اگر مؤلفه‌های اعتماد سیاسی در اندیشه‌ی امیرالمؤمنین (علیه‌السلام)  کشف و دسته‌بندی شود، در مسیر سیاست‌گذاری‌ و حکمرانی در تمدن نوین اسلامی می‌توان آن را به کار گرفت. این مقاله با روش مطالعه‌ی تطبیقی اندیشه‌ی سیاسی اسلام نوشته‌شده است. یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد که حکومت علوی برای کسب اعتماد سیاسی از چهار مؤلفه‌ی مهم بهره می‌برد: «سازگاری با خواسته‌های مردم»، «پیش بینی‌پذیر بودن رفتارهای حکومت برای مردم» (با اجرای سیاست‌هایی مانند شفاف‌سازی، قدرشناسی، خودداری از رسوا کردن شهروندان خطاکار، عذرخواهی از مردم، آبروداری و حفظ اعتبار حکومت)، «بازخورد گرفتن و مکانیسم جبران» (با اعزام بازرس و مأمور مخفی و نیز دریافت شکایت‌های مردمی به‌صورت مستقیم) و «ترویج و تقویت هنجارهای اعتمادساز» (هنجارهایی مانند وفای به عهد، امانت‌داری، نرم‌خویی و حسن معاشرت، تکریم مردم، راست‌گویی) بهره‌ می‌گرفت. کارگزاران دولت جمهوری اسلامی نیز باید تلاش کنند با نهادینه کردن این مؤلفه‌ها، منش خود را اعتمادساز نمایند.  <br /> <br /> <br />  https://nic.shahed.ac.ir/article_3621_c5b270a763686e776039618cc709f3a6.pdf
