The author uses method of questioning and producing the challenge to achieve his goal. The question is “what are infrastructural and structural questions in the efficiency of the Islamic Republic? It is claimed that when there are no balanced rational answers to infrastructural and structural questions so the political system of Islamic Republic and governments can not provide performance and achive their goals and missions, as the result Islamism and Iranian cannot be a model of civilization. Conclusion is answering those questions so become a measure of infrastructural and structural efficiency. Research shows that production and promotion of the culture of questioning, critique and rationality in society, political system and government make efficiency.<br /><strong> </strong><br /> <br /><strong>...........................................................................................................................</strong><strong> </strong> در راستای چالش کارآمدی دولت جمهوری اسلامی، هدف این مقاله طرح پرسش‌هایی است که پاسخ بدان‌ها زیرساخت‌ها و ساختار دولت جمهوری اسلامی را به چالش می‌کشاند. نویسنده در نیل به مقصود خود، از روش پرسش گری و تولید چالش استفاده می‌کند. سؤال آن است که در چارچوب تعادل بخشی فلسفه‌ی سیاسی اسلامی، کارآمدسازی جمهوری اسلامی با چه نوع پرسش‌های زیرساختی و  ساختاری مواجه است؟ مدعا آن است که هرگاه در پاسخ به پرسش‌های زیرساختی و ساختاری، خردورزی‌های تعادل بخشانه صورت نگیرد نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی و دولت‌هایی که عهده‌دار راهبری آن‌ها می‌باشند دچار ضعف در ارائه عملکرد مناسب و شایسته و ضعف در اهداف و مأموریت‌های خود می‌گردند و دو بُعد اسلامیت و ایرانیت آن نمی‌تواند الگوی تمدن سازی قرار گیرد. نتیجه‌ی مترتب بر موضوع آن است که پاسخ‌گویی به سؤالات مذکور معیار کارآمدی زیرساختی و ساختاری شده و عدم آن، معیار ناکارآمدی دولت جمهوری اسلامی می‌گردد. یافته‌های تحقیق، تولید و ترویج فرهنگ پرسش گری و نقد و عقلانیت در جامعه و نظام سیاسی و دولت، هدف‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی و انسجام در آن‌ها و درنتیجه کارآمدی دولت می‌باشد.   https://nic.shahed.ac.ir/article_3615_d8c9d05ec6e86d5bbad7a2f88a1701d0.pdf
