With regards, to following your Excellency's agreement with the reviewing the articles and appreciating you, please send the results of the review within ten days at the latest.

Please pay attention to the fact that the level of the articles should be at the level of scientific research articles.

The questions of the evaluation form should be scored and if an explanation is necessary, it should be noted next to it.

The sum of points below 70 means rejection of the article.

A total score of 70 to 90 means acceptance of the article with corrections.

A score above 90 means acceptance without corrections.

After entering the system, click on the section "Articles under review" in the "Review" section. Then select the preferred article and complete the evaluation form after scientific review.

Please complete the evaluation form online and, if necessary, send the required explanations in a separate file to the author or the editor. It should be stated that after entering the system, there is a special place on the review's profile to send "explanations for the author" and "explanations for the editor". Please make sure that your description for the author is entered in the correct place.
