Social capital is one of the keywords that has been seriously addressed in the field of science and knowledge for more than a decade, and all scientists working in this field acknowledge that one of the gaps in today's society is the lack of components of social capital that include Social trust, social solidarity, social participation, social support and social awakening. The current situation of the Islamic world shows that despite the very high capacities of civilization, the Islamic world is still associated with many problems and crises and has not been able to realize Islamic civilization. This research is attempting with the Ergon's vision model, which is a four-step process and the simple question Where are we now? Where are we going? Where do we want to be? How do we get there? The answer to the question is the perspective of the new Islamic civilization? Studies show that if the Islamic world pays attention to their common identity, they can achieve the glory of their past. The Islamic world, with a population of more than one billion as a large demographic, cultural, economic and political pole, has important capabilities for the revival of Islamic civilization. And the common border is the extraordinary geopolitical capabilities, the common threats, the common enemies and the common interests

The Islamic government in the recent era has intended to rebuild its political image in the form of offering a new Islamic civilization to nations and individuals. This trend, which has manifested itself in the form of religious ruling over political behavior, has not successfully achieved its dignity due to the lack of proper support for the movement of jurisprudence. The unbalanced bedrock under the aristocracy of particular suspicion has not resulted in anything but the rupture of sovereign and social ties. Hence, with the development of this view, the adaptation of the principle of application of rational suspicion and the use of collective wisdom to form an ideal society emerges. Using Imam Khomeini's theories on civilization-building Islam, this study suggests that the new moral civilization, which is a positive approach to the new jurisprudential rule, with special benefits from the priority of civilization-building jurisprudence as the moral rational suspicion of transcendent life called civilization. It is achieved and this is the purpose that is considered necessary in this context that the approach is not based but on the refinement of rational and moral jurisprudence with the focus on freedom and tolerance.

Human rights in their current meaning were born in 1948 with a universal declaration of Human Rights, and since. Afterwards, the human rights have become the common language of politicians and rulers in all kinds of governments. Islamic governments were no exception and were finally able to achieve the declaration of Islamic Human Rights in 1990. It must be acknowledged that the West, as the origin of human rights in its modern sense, has in no way been able to grasp the specific views of other societies, especially Islamic societies, which are not closely related to the provisions of the 1948 Declaration. In fact, human rights in the Islamic civilization is a critique of a way of thinking that introduces human rights as having only one version; A view that, as a formative law, presents a human being different from the understanding of all Muslims, and as a result of the rejection of the notion of human rights that Islamic legal systems are condemned for, non-observance of fundamental human rights is concluded. Now, regardless of the view of the Western world, Islam, as a civilization-building system, claims human rights that are the product of human nature and its connection with the elements of existence as creatures of Almighty God; This article, while taking an inward look at Islamic law, emphasizes that human rights can be abolished by the concept of citizenship rights and bound by cultural, geographical, and indigenous constraints, just as absolute and universal human rights can be constrained by religion, accepted without compromising the purpose of these rights. In the implementation phase, the Islamic government as a whole will be responsible for accepting and acknowledging the rights, and secondly, due to the order of precedence, a set of human rights derived from natural rights will be imposed on the government and the government is required to comply with its provisions.

Today, a new paradigm has emerged against strategic management, in the light of which a successful alternative called futuristic management can be introduced. Futurists believe that by using current Western development models, the momentum towards transcendent Islamic horizons is low, and these models do not adhere to indigenous values. Therefore, the management of sensitive areas of civilization requires the use of new models of management called futuristic management. Futurist civilization is a translation of futurist management in which, using the knowledge of futurology, a future is drawn for the civilization that is consistent with our Islamic and Iranian values. From the authoritative documents published by think tanks, it appears that the norm for long-term planning or foresight in many developed countries is 100 years. Futuristic management in a civilized structure means change in proportion to the desired values in the future. Futurist Management Designs and designs the desired future structure and content based on the two concepts of futurist structure and futurist innovation.

The main theme of Islamic civilization is the religion of Islam. The revelation of the origin of Islamic civilization and the gradual revelation of the Holy Quran, the morality and practical life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the social and civil traditions founded by him are among the building blocks of the foundations of Islamic civilization inherited for the Islamic society (Ummah). In Islamic teachings, absolute sovereignty over the world and man belongs to God, and he has made man the ruler of his social destiny. Sovereignty over social destiny is one of the fundamental human rights that no one can deprive man of this God-given right or in Serving the interests of a particular individual or group. People exercise this God-given right on the basis of Islamic principles, rules and religious intentions. Hence, the sovereignty of the people over their social destiny, which is based on religious principles and goals, is called religious democracy. The principle of man's sovereignty over his social destiny, the principle of trustworthiness of social sovereignty in the eyes of the people, the principle of council, the principle of allegiance, power of attorney, enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, the principle of human rights in the scope of permissibility Freedom as the principle of equality, is one of the foundations of religious democracy. These principles support the link between democracy and the ancient tree of Islamic civilization for the new growth in Islamic civilization. Hence, religious democracy is the origin of the new Islamic civilization and the entrance to prove the effectiveness of the model of Islamic rule in the contemporary world for Muslims.

Throughout history, women have been and continue to be influential elements in changing the values, beliefs and behaviors of society. This is achieved through the establishment of all cultural, political, economic relations based on Islamic principles and with special attention to the issue of women and the family. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to investigate what and how women play a role in creating a new Islamic civilization by extracting and designing a role model for women in this civilization; Therefore, using the method of conceptual analysis and then modeling, it becomes clear that the flourishing of Islamic civilization is achieved through the expansion of awakening in the world, through human wills. Among these, women have a more key role than other sections of society; Because she is also a human-educator and a social-extender. By presenting a model of women's role in Islamic civilization, this study conceptually analyzes what this role is and explains how this role contributes to creating Islamic civilization.

Background and Aim: Civilization is the essence of culture, knowledge and temperament of a society that is formed in a historical process. Civilization is considered to represent the political situation, governance, social norms and social tolerance of a nation. All societies have civilizations according to their type of political system, and this achievement has been accompanied by ups and downs throughout history. The main purpose of the current research is to determine the historical-sociological contexts of the collapse of human civilizations. Current historical-documentary research with reference to history and sociological theories shows that civilizations do not always survive, change and finally take the path of decline. These bitter ups and downs are evident in divine verses, Nahj al-Balaghah, studies and historical documents. . Among these, the main causes of the collapse of human civilizations in dimension are firstly, historical (lack of effective leadership, diminishing political system performance, ethnic-civil strife, turbulent development, inadequate governance) and secondly, sociological (prevalence of social injustice, decline of political trust, social corruption, nepotism, social inequality, apostasy and consumerism, negative individualism of society, moral anomie) which are separable and classifiable.
